      Do I need to create an account to place an order?

      No, you do not need to create an account to place an order, you can simply use guest checkout. However, creating an account will allow you to manage your billing/shipping information as well as access your order history. 

      You can create an account during the checkout process.

      Once you have created your account, you can login for future visits. You will need to use the email address associated with your account to login. - get those deals! its worth it!  

      Why do I have to buy Bottles from the other tab?

      Due to state compliance and federal age restrictions on the purchase of alcohol, we are able to sell bottles online because we follow the rules and use a special compliance process and portal to sell through.  We do so to ensure that we do what is required for you and for us and we both stay safe under the law.  For more specific information on the bottle sales, click the button under the photo labeled shipping information.  

      Can I send a bottle abroad?

      Rude Bwoy ships in the US to 33 states as per our licensing agreements.  Rude Bwoy does not arrange for the delivery of orders overseas.  Merchandise can be sold and shipped globally.  

      Why don’t you arrange delivery to certain states?

      Due to laws of specific states, Rude Bwoy Spirits currently does not arrange for delivery of Bottle sales into a number of states, HOWEVER, we can sell all merchandise in all states and abroad.  

      How long will it take to get my order?

      It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. For bottle sales, delivery times will be determined at checkout based on your location. 

      What shipping carriers do you use?

      We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

      Can I return my product?

      We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
